Fun Run
The Essar Chester 2019 Half Marathon Fun Run of approximately one mile is aimed at children & toddlers, but everyone is welcome to take part.
Entries for the 2019 fun run will open on 1st March 2019.
The Fun Run will also be raising funds for our official race charity.
Accompanying parents and grandparents are welcome - but please note you need to enter too.
Each Fun Run participant will be given a souvenir race t shirt and race number, with all finishers receiving a bespoke chunky medal, bottle of water and a treat.
Adults accompanying/running with their children also need to enter the Fun Run.
This is a fun run and not a race with the aim being to involve as many people as possible. With this in mind, everyone is a winner and there are no official timings or prizes
