Bolton residing indie-rock quartet The Attic Doctors formulated through hedonistic conception. The Greater Manchester group, consisting of Dean Peatfield, Joe Cubbin, Matthew Dagger and Jack Smith came together in perception at a mutual friends house party last year. Since last spring, the unsigned group has quickly begun to refine their own indie party anthems, releasing a self-published demo EP and developing a live set at venues across the North West. With the energetic dark fervor of Foals, and a stroke of the indie-dance vigor of Primal Scream to Kasabian, The Attic Doctors take influence from an eclectic range, flourishing their own unique and animated sound. Check out their recently released single Milkshake on iTunes, Spotify or Amazon Music - we think it's great!
Influenced by bands such as Royal Blood, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus and Catfish and the Bottlemen, Turbulence’s music is reminiscent of modern indie rock blended with a 70’s tone. Although striving to be an original rock band, Turbulence have an original concept of covering songs with a slight twist. They take modern chart music such as a Calvin Harris, Ed Sheeran etc. and add their influences to give it a heavier sound by performing them as rock songs. Turbulence can also be found occasionally performing their cover music on the streets of Chester.
After releasing their debut indie rock EP, Turbulence have begun to expand their music style, and experiment with heavier riff based music through their influences from Royal Blood and Incubus. They are hoping to build up their fan base and start performing original and cover music regularly.
An active five piece band who have something of a following, covering popular hits ranging from the sixties right up to the present day.
